Who we are

LUSSO Dental is the trading name of Lusso Dental WBF Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its clinic at 54 Station Approach, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6NE. Lusso Dental WBF Limited is the data controller. The data protection lead is Dr Kalpesh Prajapat, principal dentist, GDC 264109.

Enquiries, WhatsApp and the New Patient Offer

When you register your interest or send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the treatment you are interested in and any message you write, together with the page you arrived from and any campaign reference. If you message us on WhatsApp we hold the conversation in the clinic's WhatsApp Business account. We use this to reply to you, to book appointments and, where you have registered, to contact you about the offer. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. Enquiry records are kept for twelve months after our last contact with you, or become part of your patient record if you go on to register as a patient.

Patient records

Once you become a patient we hold the information needed to treat you safely: your contact details, medical history, clinical notes, radiographs, scans and photographs, and details of treatment and payment. We hold this because we have a legal obligation to keep accurate dental records and because we cannot treat you safely without it. Dental records are kept for at least eleven years after your last visit, or until a child patient reaches the age of twenty five, whichever is longer.

Who we share information with

Only where your care needs it: dental laboratories making something for you, specialists we refer you to, your doctor where relevant, and the software and payment providers who process data on our written instructions. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, and withdraw consent to marketing contact. Write to us at the practice address or email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

CCTV

The clinic operates CCTV for the safety of patients and staff. Cameras cover public and clinical areas and are clearly signed. Audio recording is permanently disabled, there are no cameras in toilets, changing areas or the staff room, and footage is retained for thirty one days before being overwritten. A full CCTV privacy notice is available at reception.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept them in the cookie notice. If you reject them, nothing beyond the cookies needed to remember your choice is stored. Analytics, where accepted, is used only to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy when it loads.
