New Patient Offer terms
Written so that they can actually be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you register.
1. The offer
New patients who register their interest at lusso.dental before LUSSO Dental opens receive the following on their first visit at no charge: a Premium Dental Wellness Assessment with Dr Kal (standard fee £150), Advanced Digital 3D Scan and Imaging (£150), Digital Smile Design (£150), a Professional Hygiene Appointment of 30 minutes (£85), and Teeth Whitening Gel (£250). The total value of the included items is £785.
2. Who is eligible
The offer is for new patients of LUSSO Dental aged 18 or over, or under 18 and accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is limited to the first 150 people who register and is one offer per person. Registrations are counted in the order they are received, and we will confirm your place by email or text.
3. Registration and expiry
You must register before the clinic opens in January 2027. Your first visit must be booked within three months of the opening date and attended within six months of it. If a place is not taken up in that time it is released. Registering does not commit you to any treatment and there is nothing to pay.
4. Attendance
The complimentary items are provided at your first visit and are subject to attending that appointment. If you need to change the time, please give us two working days' notice so the appointment can be offered to another patient.
5. Clinical suitability
Everything we provide is subject to it being clinically appropriate for you. Teeth whitening is a dental procedure and can only be carried out, or prescribed, by a registered dental professional. The whitening gel is supplied after your assessment where the dentist confirms it is suitable, and only to patients aged 18 or over. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
6. General
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with any other offer. The values shown are LUSSO Dental's standard private fees for those items. We may close the offer once 150 places are taken or withdraw it with notice on this website. The offer is provided by Lusso Dental WBF Limited, 54 Station Approach, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6NE.
