Emergency dentist in West Byfleet, Surrey
From January 2027 LUSSO Dental provides emergency dental appointments in West Byfleet from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday, for toothache, swelling, broken or knocked out teeth and lost crowns. An emergency assessment is £125 and members receive priority.
Pain does not keep office hours. Our long opening hours and same day slots are designed so that when something goes wrong, you can be seen.
What it is
What counts as a dental emergency, and what to do now
A dental emergency is anything that needs attention today: severe toothache that painkillers do not touch, a swelling of the face or gum, bleeding that will not stop, a tooth that has been knocked out or broken, a lost crown or filling exposing a sensitive tooth, or a broken denture you cannot manage without. Some of these are painful, some are urgent because of infection, and some simply need a quick repair to get you through the week.
From January 2027 we keep emergency slots each day between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. An emergency assessment includes any x rays needed and a clear explanation of the options. Where possible the problem is dealt with there and then: a dressing or filling, removing an infected nerve to stop the pain, recementing a crown, or arranging the next step.
Until the clinic opens, please contact your current dentist or call NHS 111 for urgent dental advice. If a tooth has been knocked out, keep it in milk or in your cheek and seek care within the hour, because it can often be replanted.
Patients come to us from West Byfleet, Woking, Weybridge, Byfleet, Pyrford, Cobham, Leatherhead and across Surrey. West Byfleet station is opposite the clinic.

- Swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or a high temperature with facial swelling, needs an accident and emergency department immediately

Are you open for emergencies now?
The clinic opens in January 2027. Until then please contact your current dentist or call NHS 111. Register your interest now and you will be able to book as soon as we open.
What should I do if I knock a tooth out?
Hold the tooth by the crown, not the root. If it is clean, put it back in the socket and bite gently on a cloth; if not, keep it in milk or inside your cheek. See a dentist within the hour. Baby teeth should not be replanted.
Will you see me the same day?
That is the aim. We keep slots each day for emergencies between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday, and members are prioritised.
How much does an emergency appointment cost?
The emergency assessment is £125 including any x rays needed on the day. Treatment such as an emergency filling or nerve removal is £150. Members on Lusso Pro and Elite receive the visit free.
What if I am terrified of the dentist but in pain?
Tell us. Sedation is available for treatment, and the first step is simply to stop the pain, which is quick and done under local anaesthetic with numbing gel first.
